3D Printing Occlusal Guard
3D printing by stereolithography for occlusal guards, bruxism guards, post-orthodontic splints, etc.
We use SLA (stereolithography) technology and Dental LT Clear V2 resin in conjunction with our design software, which works with both STL and PLY files to manufacture our 3D printed guards. This combination ensures a precision of 100µ and a wear resistance of 52.0µPa. Washing with isopropyl alcohol and post-curing with light at a temperature of 60°C, using high-tech equipment, allows us to obtain very precise, comfortable and resistant splints.
